Al Leslie was the pseudonym used by Al Buell when he produced pin-up art for the Louis F. Dow Co. in the 1940s. Al Buell’s middle name not coincidentally happened to be “Leslie.” Al Buell produced pin-up art for the Gerlach-Barklow Company and later for Brown & Bigelow using his real name. See Who’s Afraid?
